Original Request:

All reports, records, and/or body camera footage related to incidents that either occurred at, or contain reference to, 175 Humboldt Avenue (all apartment numbers) from 2021 to the present.

Timeline:

• January 18, 2024: Request submitted and confirmed
• January 19, 2024: Further guidance requested from the City of Boston pertaining to records sought. Additional information provided same day by BAN [PO].
• January 31, 2024: City of Boston extends request additional 15 business days.
• February 29, 2024: BAN files appeal with Secretary of State [SPR24-0632].
• February 29, 2024: City of Boston acknowledges receipt of BAN appeal and provides full release of records.
