Anderson loses temper during Council meeting, uses vulgar language and threatens colleagues.
During this Boston City Council meeting, which occurred on August 31, 2022, Boston City Councilor Tania Fernandes Anderson lost her temper on the Council floor. Anderson’s outburst came in the wake of Boston’s failed redistricting process, which cost the taxpayers thousands of dollars.Â
Anderson also uses language that many could find as nothing less than hostile; language which she directed at her Council colleagues. As BAN’s breaking coverage has reported, this is not the only time Anderson appears to threaten others.Â
