Original Request
We are requesting any/all records (email, text messages, physical documents, etc.) pertaining to communications between City Councilor Kendra Lara and members of her staff (Lee Nave, My’kel Mcmillen, Chukwuemeka(BJ) Osuagwu, Jacqueline Celestino, etc.) with the following:
- Jen Kiok/Jennifer Kiok
- Seth Kirshenbaum
- David S. Kirshenbaum
- Resist Inc.
- Spontaneous Celebrations
- Boston Mobilization
- Boston Worker’s Circle
- The City School
- Movement Sustainability Commons
- Beantown Society
Additionally, we are looking for any and all records containing exchanges – not limited to the aforementioned
individuals/organizations – between Councilor Lara (and her staff) from 2021 to present that contain the word “bicycle” or any variation of the term (i.e. – bike, e-bicycle, e-bike, etc.)

- August 2, 2023: City States Documents are Under Final Review
- August 8, 2023: BAN Requests Update from City [No Response]
- August 14, 2023: BAN Requests Update from City [No Response]
- September 7, 2023: Full Release of Documents
